We offer a fast personalisation service worldwide,most orders can be produced and delivered United States within 3 to 8 business days and 12-25 business days to other countries. Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to shipping companies delay or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Ophirairbrush is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID
Most of countries are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please pay the tax according to your local customs require.
FULL INSURANCE
Ophirairbrush ensures that the parcel will be shipped to your designated location. If your parcel cannot be delivered, the shipping company will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If you makes alternative arrangements with the shipping company, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and ophirairbrush no longer takes any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
